Nominations for Board of Directors, Treasurer
PRLA is seeking nominations for the statewide board of directors and treasurer. Our bylaws state that these positions be elected at the Annual Membership Meeting, scheduled for Tuesday, October 23, 2018, at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia.
The general criteria required to serve as a director or officer of PRLA are as follows: an individual must be accessible through email, age 21 or older, and a current member of the association.
Nominees for treasurer
Candidates for treasurer need to have served at least one (1) term in at least one of the following positions within PRLA:
Chair of Standing Committee
The treasurer will serve for a term of 1 year with automatic ascension to vice chairperson and then to chairperson.
Nominees for directors-at large
Directors-at-large serve a 4 year term that starts on January 1, 2019, and must meet the general criteria outlined above.
