This is your opportunity to meet face-to-face with your legislators to discuss critical issues impacting your business and our industry. Stick around for Taste of the State, a reception featuring some of Pennsylvania's finest food and drink, where you'll have another chance to mingle with legislators.
Who should attend this event? All hospitality owners, operators and their top management staff, as well as travel and tourism professionals should attend. While this event, including lunch and the Taste of the State reception, is free, registration is required. PRLA prepares position papers for you on the issues currently being discussed in the Legislature that impact the hospitality and tourism industries. After you register, PRLA will email you the position papers, as well as schedule your appointment(s) with your legislators. Direct grassroots contact from constituents can have a tremendous impact on the political process. Legislators are more likely to act on a request when they have had direct input from their constituents. The hospitality industry is critically important to Pennsylvania's economy.
