Description Hampton Inn York, owned and operated by High Hotels, Ltd. in York, PA is searching for a Guest Services Manager who will assist in and share responsibility for the operations of the Hotel’s Front Desk, Breakfast and Security teams in accordance with the policies, procedures and profit objectives of High Hotels, Ltd. The Guest Services Manager will take pride in providing an exceptional guest experience.
Job functions will include:
Responding to guest requests and inquiries.
Ability to work flexible shifts
Manage front desk operations
Manage food and beverage operations (breakfast, evening snacks)
Ability to effectively manage a departmental schedule and payroll
Participates in the Manager on Duty Program as assigned
Support and promote the High Hotel Culture
The successful candidate will possess the following:
College degree in a hotel/restaurant or business management preferred
Minimum two or more years of supervisory experience
Leadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team into high performance
Ability to assess training needs and implement accordingly
Valid driver’s license
Computer experience skills in Hilton OnQ, OnQ R&I, Hampton Gro Revenue Management System preferred
