Our local business is growing and we need an experienced manager who can assist our culinary management team and grow with our business.
The ideal candidate will have restaurant management or general management experience in high quality culinary, catering, or events; excel in a strong team environment; and be passionate about local foods, community and food business.
The Restaurant Manager position will include management of the current Harrison’s Wine Grill operation, transitioning to a January 2020 opening and management of new restaurant, The Overlook Grill. In general: management of customer service and the restaurant floor, staff, & bar; ordering of bar product and PLCB compliance; oversee point of sales system, reservations, point of sale marketing, credit card processing and related; oversee frequent diner program and other guest membership activities; hiring, training and supervisions of staff; oversee maintenance and upkeep of front of house facility and equipment; continuing development of sustainable ordering, composting and other green activities; research and implementation of activities for the move.
This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits and a 45 hour work week (part-time considered) and includes nights and weekends.
