High School Programs
ProStart’s industry-driven curriculum provides real-world educational opportunities and practical skills to open doors for fulfilling careers in the restaurant and foodservice industry. The curriculum teaches all facet of the industry, as well as provides students with on-the-job experiences where they can apply their classroom knowledge in real world situations. ProStart is a national program that was developed by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation.

Hospitality Tourism & Management Program
The Hospitality and Tourism Management Program (HTMP) provides classroom training and real-life learning experiences to prepare high school juniors and seniors for careers in the hospitality industry. The curriculum is industry driven—more than 60 industry leaders serve as subject matter experts—ensuring that the program matches the needs of hospitality employers around the world. It was created and developed by the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute, and is packed with industry insight and professional development activities.
