RiverCrest is a family owned and operated private Golf Club in Phoenixville, PA. The Club has 850 Golf & Social Members and features a 50,000 s.f. full service Clubhouse, Pool, Golf House containing a Golf Shop and Greenside Grill. The Club has no tennis or paddle courts.
Clubhouse dining areas include 2 Dining Rooms, Bar, Outdoor Terrace, and a Ballroom capable of hosting events up to 400 guests. The Club generates $4 million in annual F&B event revenue. The Club hosts about 70 weddings a year, golf outings during the golf season and other large events throughout the year.

The Club is seeking to hire a long term Food & Beverage Manager. This is a great opportunity for a current mid-level management individual to advance their career.
Food & Beverage Manager Position The Food and Beverage Director role is critical to the Club’s overall success. The F&B Director works closely with the General Manager and Executive Chef to ensure a quality dining experience for members and guests. The F&B Director is a highly visible “hands on” manager expected to engage with members and clients and lead/support service staff at all times. Must be an exceptional communicator, have excellent personal interactive skills and maturity to instinctively know how to make members and guests feel welcome and comfortable.
